The JJM Company founded in 1991 specializes:

• in real  estate service  basing on management as well as in the technical administration,
• in realization  of construction investment and refurbihment projects.

Within the scope of the real-estate management of buildings, the Company has been involved in the following types of activity:

• complex real estate management - under the supervision of certified managers,
• technical exploitation, including the management and maintenance of the most modern machinery and facilities, as well as supervision and co-operation with the service personnel of specialized firms,
• keeping order at the facilities and their surroundings, as well as maintenance of the technical and esthetic qualities of the architectural and construction elements of the facilities under management,
• an administrative services for the owners and for the users of the buildings.

This area of activity of the Firm includes the following, depending on the nature of the agreement:

• negotiating the terms of agreements and enforcement of the rights of the client under the agreements with the suppliers of media (energy, water, heat, gas) and other external contractors (communication, sewage disposal, etc),
• enforcement of the rights of the client under the contracts and guarantees of the contractors of the entire building (or of specific works within it) and with equipment suppliers,
• negotiating the terms of agreements and supervision on behalf of the client of the work of external contractors involved in ongoing repair works,
• organization and / or providing other services (such as security / protection of the building, repair works, transportation, etc.).

Within the scope of the turn-key investment projects, the Company has been involved in the following types of activity:

• realization of turn-key investment projects involving the application of the "Project Management" or "General Investment Contracting (GRI)" system,
• representation of the investor / investment supervision (carried out by certified inspectors),
• organization and co-ordination of investment design (carried out by certified designers),
• investment consulting.

Within this scope of activities, the Company has been consistent in applying, in the course of design and realization of works, the most modern solutions in construction, assembly and modernization technology, with respect to the relevant facilities (in most cases office/banking, commercial and hotel facilities), in particular as regards the following:

• building architecture (façades - modern or historic, internal finishing works), structure and surroundings,
• sanitary and mechanical installations (modern applications in the water supply, sewage, ventilation, air-conditioning, fire-protection systems, etc),
• electricity and telecommunication installations (modern applications in electricity supply sources, cables, signaling and control, communication, various special installations, such as loudspeakers, clocks, audio-visual, anti-burglary and alarm systems, etc),
• lifts and elevators.
