The staff of JJM numbers approx.140 in total, including approx.100 highly-qualified technical, administrative and business specialists and approx.40 commercial, administrative and construction/refurbishment personnel. A staff of  approx.60 sub-contractor company employees assist the Company in the performance of its duties as regards technical, administrative and property security support. A majority of our employees have been with JJM for several years. Company-loyalty is high and therefore the turnover ratio is low and teams for specific tasks are selected from among permanent staff of JJM. The management and top specialists of JJM constantly increase their professional qualifications by taking part in company sponsored training courses and seminars concerning areas such as: modern solutions in material application and construction technology, application of IT solutions in large-scale construction and building maintenance projects, real estate management, changes and updates in legislation (Labor Law, Work Safety, Accounting, Finance etc.), legal and technical qualifications (professional certificates) and others. The Management of JJM attaches great importance to promoting an atmosphere of co-operation among the employees as well as to striving towards meeting the expectations of the clients on a daily basis, regardless of the strict wording of the contractual obligations.

     The JJM Company operates with the assistance of its own modern technical, storage, social and office equipment. Due to the continuously increasing investments in the development of the Company, over the past 20 years it has been able to achieve a high level of saturation with technical equipment (constantly modernized), shown among other factors in the increasing value of its fixed assets. The Company owns sufficient stock of equipment such as special implement forthe technical exploitation, mobile cleaning and snow-plowing machines, top-class electric-powered equipment, appropriate communication systems (fixed and mobile), modern computer systems, delivery and personal vehicles, as well as fire protection and personal safety equipment.
