Professional experience of 47 years` work in the field of construction, design and project management in Poland, Middle East and former USSR. Long-time director-general of construction and design companies.

In the course of his professional career he participated, among others, in the following projects:
In Warsaw - the construction of Wodociąg Praski (Praga Waterworks), Trasa Łazienkowska, LIM-Marriot Hotel complex (Site Manager / FIDIC Engineer),
In Gdańsk - the construction of Port Północny (North Harbour),
In Śląsk - the consrtuction of Huta Katowice (Katowice Steel Works),
In the Ukraine - the construction of the Orenburg Gas Pipeline;
In Lybia - construction of roads and bridges.

Mr Poncyljusz has been personally involved in the execution of all of the following projects carried out by JJM - in particular within the scope of FIDIC Engineer, including the construction of the Katowice branch office of Bank Handlowy, modernisation works of Hotel ORBIS VICTORIA in Warsaw and the construction of the PEZETEL DEVELOPMENT office complex in Warsaw.

He is an author of specialist books and articles. He specialises in the problems of contracts and agreements.

Professional experience of 23 years` work in the field of execution of major investment projects involving foreign investors. Participated in the construction of HOLIDAY INN Hotel and the CITY CENTER Commercial Center (former PEWEX) in Warsaw. He has extensive experience in co-operating with foreign partners.

He has been personally involved in the execution of all of the following investment projects carried out by JJM - in particular within the scope of FIDIC Engineer, i.e.: the construction of the Katowice branch office of Bank Handlowy, modernisation works of Hotel ORBIS VICTORIA in Warsaw and the construction of the PEZETEL DEVELOPMENT office complex in Warsaw.

On the Management Board of JJM he is responsible for supervision of the technical/administrative maintenance of facilities and for the development of the Company`s business policy.
