A two-stage complex refurbishment of the residential,
public-access and technical facilities areas, including
the modernization of a fully-operational 446-rooms,
five-stars hotel with the area of approximately 33 000
m2.
Period of project realization: 1996 - 2000;
Architect: Anders Malmsten;
Design and works: a Swedish company with the participation
of Polish and Swedish sub-contractors.
